How It Works:

Brown Spots, Rosacea, Hyper-pigmentation

Age/Brown Spots: Over time, sun exposure, hormonal changes, and some medications may cause melanocyte cells to group together and produce excess pigment, which darkens the skin cells surrounding the melanocytes. When these cells rise to the epidermis, they produce brown spots, age spots, and freckles. The laser emits a beam of light energy that is absorbed by the melanin, which vaporizes the blemish. A full-face treatment can be completed in 15-30 minutes, although time varies depending upon the area being treated.

Visible veins and vascular lesions can be reduced and eliminated with a combination of safe and effective levels of laser and radiofrequency energies to remove leg veins and other unwanted vessels.

Target Areas:

Brown spots can occur on the face, neck, shoulders, hands and any part of the body. These include so-called liver spots, age spots, freckles and freckle-like spots on the face and elsewhere. Other common areas treated are the face, neck and décolletage, and hands; however, these treatments can be used anywhere on the body.

Side Effects

Although rare, may include temporary slight redness. You should not have these treatments if you have been recently tanning or if you are skin type IV or V.

Before and After:

Skin blemishes, uneven skin tone and aging spots Lasers can be quickly removed safely and without damaging surrounding, healthy skin. Results can be seen after just one treatment, although four to six treatments at three week intervals is typical in order to receive optimal results.
